Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

We help small healthcare practices take HIPAA seriously, so we hold ourselves to a high standard for how we handle your information too. We collect as little as we need, we tell you plainly what it's for, and we don't sell it. What follows is the formal version of that promise.

SeccureMD ("we," "us," or "our") helps solo physicians, therapists, dentists, chiropractors, med spas, and similar small healthcare practices stay on top of HIPAA compliance. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through seccuremd.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

This marketing site does not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient data. The assessment only asks about your practice's own compliance posture, not about your patients.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the Site, under agreements that limit how they can use your data. These currently include:

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request where recognized by law, even though we don't currently use the kind of tracking that signal is meant to stop. We'll respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Age Restrictions

The Site is meant for healthcare practice owners and staff, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Breach Notification

If a data breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you without undue delay and consistent with applicable state and federal law, and we'll report the breach to the relevant regulators within the timelines those laws require.
